FleetRoute GPS ("we", "us") provides fleet tracking software that connects to your own GT06/AIS140 GPS devices. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
We collect contact details you provide (name, email, phone, company) through our contact form, plus vehicle and location data generated by the GPS devices you connect to your account.
Contact information is used to respond to demo and support requests. Vehicle and location data is used solely to provide the tracking, reporting, and alerting features of your account, and is accessible only to your authorized users and our support team.
We do not sell vehicle location or contact data to third parties. Data may be shared with infrastructure providers strictly to operate the service (e.g. hosting, SMS/email delivery).
Trip history is retained per your plan's data retention period. You can request export or deletion of your account data by contacting sales@fleetroutegps.com.
