These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the FleetRoute GPS software platform.
FleetRoute GPS provides a fleet management software platform that connects to supported third-party GPS devices (currently GT06 and AIS140) that you own or procure independently. We do not sell, install, or warrant GPS hardware.
You are responsible for sourcing, wiring, and maintaining your GPS devices and any connected sensors (fuel sensors, panic buttons, dash cams). FleetRoute GPS provides software support for connecting and configuring supported devices, but is not responsible for hardware faults, wiring, or physical installation.
Platform access is billed per the plan agreed at sign-up. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the then-current billing terms communicated to you in writing.
The platform may only be used to track vehicles you own or are authorized to monitor, in compliance with applicable law.
FleetRoute GPS is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from network outages, device tampering, or third-party connectivity failures beyond our reasonable control.
